ROB MCGREW

Agency Owner​

JEFF CEROVICH

Regional Director

Jeff grew up in Pennsylvania. After receiving a degree in Management Information Systems, he relocated to the mountains of Colorado where he met his wife. They were married in 1996 and have three kids. He has held various sales executive and sales management positions in print media, software, and real estate.  In 2013,  he joined the McGrew Agency, and recently promoted to a Regional Director. ​

JASON RUMP

Market Director

Jason lives in Sherwood, OR. with his wife Kathy and three children. After being in the mortgage business for 14 years out of college and then losing his sister to breast cancer at 29, he was recruited to Globe Life Family Heritage Division in 2011. The #1 cause of bankruptcy in the U.S. today for small businesses and families is medical bills. He feels that it is such a blessing to work with such an amazing organization that makes such a difference in families lives when they need it the most. ​

MICHAEL FINELLI

​Michael graduated with a BA from Arizona State University in 1988 after leaving the frozen tundra of Cleveland, Ohio. He has lived in Arizona for 35 years and enjoys golfing, hiking & biking.
He has worked for the Phoenix Cardinals, Southwest Airlines, and has also worked in medical sales.  He recently married his high school sweetheart, Margo, and are the proud parents of Milo, their Akita puppy.

JACK ASDOURIAN

Ryan Smith  has been apart of the McGrew Agency since 2022 where he merged his Agency with the McGrew Agency and has enjoyed his time educating and protecting his clients across the South. Prior to becoming part of the McGrew Agency Ryan Smith was the owner of Globe Life-Smith Agencies, exclusively representing The Family Heritage Division return or premium products.

Prior to Joining Family Heritage, Ryan was with Combined Insurance as the Director of Divisional Development, where his focus was to advise Senior Leadership on the development of sales managers along with mentoring agents as they transitioned into their new management positions.

Ryan spent time with Aflac in numerous capacities; starting his career as an agent and soon after he was promoted into management. Ryan was promoted into the Aflac Headquarters' Field Force Development Department as one of the first Coordinator Trainers to focus in on the development of managers while assisting in developing new training modules for State Operations in two of the largest territories in the United States.

Along with a 26 year career in the supplemental insurance field, Ryan served in the United States Army for 18 years. He started as an enlisted Infantrymen and grew through the ranks to retire as an Infantry Officer while serving our country through The Global War on Terrorism.

JENNA SULLIVAN

Market Director 

Jenna Sullivan is the Market Director for California. She is a California native who married her soulmate, Preston, in 2016 in the Dominican Republic and stateside. They had Dawson in 2017, Sawyer in 2019, and Scarlett in 2020. She was a top performer and manager for major players in the financial industry for 13 years prior. Family Heritage is very special to Jenna, her friends, and family due to: the claims they have paid to them personally, the F/F members that she works with, and the financial freedom/flexibility they provide. Jenna says, “If you are looking for an incredible leader to follow, work life balance and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others…welcome home.” ​​

DAVID RAWLINGS

NICOLE CODLING
David grew up in Minnesota and moved to the mountains to fulfill his passion for skiing. For the last 37 years, he has taught skiing and golf. Diana, David's wife, was initially presented with the Family Heritage programs, and fortunately, asked if there were any open sales positions with the company. As a cancer survivor, David could see how much of a help the products would have been to him personally. David was the first agent to be hired by Rocky Mountain Financial, and has excelled as a team leader. David prides himself in offering strong customer service, something he has focused on his entire life. 
Nicole is an experienced professional in the supplemental insurance industry, bringing a dynamic mix of tenacity, dedication, and a passion for helping others. With over a decade of experience, Nicole specializes in providing niche insurance solutions through Globe Life Family Heritage, where she’s helped countless clients find the protection they need.
Nicole is also a proud mom who values a balanced lifestyle, focusing on health and wellness both in body and mind. When she’s not working, you’ll find her paddleboarding along the Willamette River or spending quality time with her son and puppy.
She’s committed to building a strong, motivated team of like-minded individuals, working together to celebrate each win and create positive experiences for their clients.

EVA RAMIREZ

Eva Ramirez resides in the state of Washington. She has two children and four beautiful grandchildren. Previously, she was employed in employments that were not related to sales. She was introduced with the opportunity to join the McGrew Agency in 2009 as a bilingual professional team leader.  It has been a continuous honor to represent Globe Life Family Heritage, which, like Eva, puts God first. 

MARK CREAMER 

One day the call will come, a diagnosis, a serious illness or an accident.  Mark has been down the road of living through the financial burden that accompanies illness. To be there when others need us is what drives him.  As a university administrator at four universities and many years in the insurance industry, Mark has used his personal and business experience along with his counseling background to provide true "peace of mind" for hundreds of families since joining our team in 2018.  

TAMMY PEREZ

Tammy Perez is from Southern California and began her career with Family Heritage in 2018 when her mom was diagnosed with colon cancer. She wanted a career that would allow her to have freedom of time to be with her mom at every doctor appointment and be by her side at all times while being able to provide financially for her family. Her career has given her the gift of time! Tammy loves engaging in her community, meeting people and helping her clients when they need her the most. Tammy loves being a wife, daughter, mother and godmother and this career allows her time with her loved ones. Her passion for her career shows with everyone she talks with and she always demonstrates the value of our products. What we do makes a difference!

CATHY WINSLOW

​Cathy grew up in Oregon and graduated from OSU with a business degree and established a career in sales. She was married in 2001, and in 2003 had their first child. In 2007, her husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and passed away in 2008, prior to the birth of their second child. After losing her husband and both parents to cancer, she felt a strong desire to do work that would help make a positive impact on people's lives. In 2020, she joined Globe Life/Family Heritage Division. She pledges to be available for her clients to help with a claim to allow them to focus on what matters most: time to heal and be with the ones they love! ​

OREN GALOR

Born in Israel to European immigrants, Oren moved to the United States at the age of three. He was raised in Southern California where he graduated high school and married his soul mate. Oren's children were born there and it is where he was introduced to the insurance industry as a nineteen year old in the early 1980's.
In Oren's many years of experience working and interacting with families in both insurance and hockey, as well as going through both his daughter's and his own battles with cancer, he has a unique perspective on the products offered by the Family Heritage Division of Globe Life and just how necessary they are. 

HENNY ZIMMERMANN

With a back ground in both Healthcare and Hospitality sales, Henny knew right away the importance in all the Family Heritage programs. She has held positions in sales for thriving medical practices, healthcare support companies and sales management positions with large recreation companies. Henny is married and has two children and three grandchildren.

LUCAS NETT 

Lucas is originally from Wisconsin. He grew up in a small business family from which he came to greatly respect and value the significance of family. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where he earned a degree in Organizational and Professional Communication as well as Business Management. His first priority is always to protect the family and future of his clientele. Outside of Family Heritage, Lucas enjoys refereeing college and semi-pro soccer, hunting, hiking, and Olympic lifting.

ROB MCGREW IV

Rob transitioned from the United States Navy to sales, which was a big change. Sales was new, challenging, and fun. He believes that coming on board to Globe Life Family Heritage Division was the best thing he could have done for himself and his family. Not only does he make an incredible income, he has full control of his schedule. When he looks back at the last 12 years that he has been with Family Heritage, he has not missed one thing that was important to him or my family. He believes that career has been a blessing and if he can do it, you can do it too!

LARRY BOWSER

Larry was born and raised in Oregon. He has three children and three grandchildren.  After high school he joined the Army to take advantage of college money. He was activated for desert storm. After a degree in Energy Management, he had a lighting business started while still in school, ground floor in a dot com start up until the crash. He went on to hold sales manager and finance positions in the car business for most of 20 years, and was a financial advisor in the middle. Larry came to the McGrew agency in 2021.

Kelly grew up in the Colorado mountains and graduated from Western Colorado University in 2012 with her degree in teaching. She taught elementary school for 11 years and was also a veterinary assistant for one year. Kelly, her husband Jake, son William, and two dogs moved back to the Western Slope of Colorado in June of 2024. Kelly has always had a passion for helping others. When presented with the opportunity to join the McGrew Agency in the summer of  2024 Kelly knew this was the best opportunity to help families in her community. It allows her to help protect and educate families about the important products offered by Globe Life Family Heritage on a daily basis. Kelly is excited to meet new people. She loves being part of a team that continually supports and cheers each other on.
With years of experience across various industries, I have developed a passion for helping clients find tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. A family man who adores his wife and two young kids, I enjoy building relationships and offering real value through personalized service. Outside of work, you’ll find me cooking a mean cheesecake or enjoying cars—especially V8s. Dedicated and approachable, I ensure my clients feel supported every step of the way  
From living out of her car to breaking company records, Megan Marie Randall’s journey is a true story of grit, faith, and transformation. A 14-year veteran with Globe Life Family Heritage Division, Megan has not only built a thriving career — she’s become a symbol of what’s possible when courage meets purpose.
Megan has broken the company’s weekly sales record twice, each time exceeding $100,000 in personal production, and has earned multiple awards and incentive trips, including the prestigious I Dare You award six years in a row. Her success is a reflection of relentless work ethic, a servant’s heart, and a deep belief that protecting families is one of the most meaningful callings there is.
What makes Megan’s story even more powerful is where she started — with nothing but determination and a desire to change her life. Through this career, she’s been able to pay off all her debt, travel the world, and create a life filled with freedom, purpose, and impact.

When she’s not serving her clients or mentoring new agents, Megan channels her passion for personal growth into health and fitness as a certified personal trainer, helping others find strength both inside and out.

DENISE BROWN

​
Denise Brown was born and raised in Colorado. She held jobs in law enforcement for nearly 16 years before deciding to make a career change. She worked for a Skilled Nursing Facility for one year and then was fortunate enough to start a career with Globe Life Family Heritage Division where she feel that her passion to help people can truly shine. She values strong customer service, honesty and integrity, aiming to not only provide these things in all she does, but to build strong, lasting relationships with all of her clients. 

She has an 11 year old daughter, Vivian, and will be getting married to her best friend  Adam May 2026 in Costa Rica, where they plan to relocate one day.
